The US Government Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (also known as the Helsinki Commission) prepared a plan to partition Russia into several independent smaller states. The commission has recently held a briefing on the "decolonization of Russia."
REFERENCE
The Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE) is an "independent" structure of the US federal government. For over 45 years, the Commission has monitored compliance with the Helsinki Accords and promoted comprehensive security through the promotion of human rights, democracy, and economic, environmental, and military cooperation in the 57-nation OSCE region.
According to the article published on substack.com, the CSCE is another of the zillions of committees run and financed by the US Government.
"This panel is being led by four women and one man, all of whom have cycled through the NGO Regime Change Complex, whether it be the International Crisis Group, Radio Liberty/Radio Free Europe, the German Marshall Fund, the Soros Octopus, and so on," the article runs.
In a nutshell, the US government has held a discussion on the need to break up Russia into a number of smaller states.
The topic of the discussion is interesting per se. Instead of all the common cliches about the "spread of freedom and democracy," US government bluntly said that it wanted to "decolonize" Russia.
Earlier, US officials made no secret of its intentions to weaken Russian forces as much as possible through the conflict in Ukraine. Then, they started talking about the need to liberate the Russians from Putin's dictatorship for the sake of the triumph of democracy, so that they could enjoy the fruits of democracy like the rest of the "free world" (i.e. like US-loyal countries only).
Now there is a new twist in the twisted US logic.
According to the idea of the US Government Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, the Russian people must be convinced that their happiness will not come as a result of the "regime change and the establishment of democracy". The Russians can become a happy nation only if the Russian Federation is partitioned into smaller states (that would be easier to control and manipulate).
It is worth recalling here that late last week, former US Senator Richard Black unexpectedly exposed the true reason behind US aggression against Russia. According to him, everything is very simple: the Americans want to master Russia's natural wealth.
This is what the Helsinki Commission has confirmed in the above-mentioned report. Otherwise, why develop any plans for the fragmentation of the world's largest state?
